Product Description
Waveguide to coaxial adapter have the characteristics of wide frequency band, complete specifications and varieties, low VSWR and insertion loss, frequency coverage range: 0.3~110 GHz, and low VSWR performance of <1.25 in the full waveguide bandwidth and < 1.15 in the 10% bandwidth. According to the structural form, they are divided into two types: termination and quadrature.
The factory standing wave ratio index of waveguide to coaxial adapter is measured by connecting the coaxial matching load at the coaxial terminal and measuring the S11 value or VSWR value at the waveguide port. Although in theory, for the reflection parameters of lossless four terminal network (dual port device), the measurement at waveguide port and coaxial port should be consistent. In fact, due to different measurement systems, different measurement uncertainties and actual asymmetry of ports, there is greater uncertainty in the measurement of coaxial ports than that of waveguide ports. Therefore, the international practice is to measure at waveguide ports.
