Introduction

The torsion sensor is divided into two categories: dynamic and static. Dynamic torque sensors can also be called torque sensors, torque speed sensors, non-contact torque sensors, and rotational torque sensors. Torque transducer is the detection of torsional torque sensing on various rotating or non-rotating mechanical components. Torque sensors convert physical changes in torque into precise electrical signals. It can be used in the manufacture of viscometers, and electric (pneumatic, hydraulic) torque wrenches, which have the advantages of high precision, fast frequency response, good reliability, and long life.

The torque speed sensor adopts the resistance strain principle, with high accuracy, stable and reliable performance, large range, and convenient installation and use. The connection mode of both ends can be flange connection, square key connection, and key (through slot) connection according to the site needs. The torque sensor is mainly used to detect the torque perception on various rotating or non-rotating mechanical components.

Operating principle

The two sides of the torsional shaft between the driving source and the load are equipped with toothed discs which are equipped with the corresponding two magnetoelectric sensors. The detecting element part of the sensor is composed of a permanent magnet, induction coil, and iron core, and the lines of magnetic force produced by permanent magnet tooth disc transition, when the toothed disc rotates, the disc of the tooth and causes the change of the magnetic circuit air gap, so the magnetic flux change, also induced in the coil voltage, the frequency on the numerical value is equal to the number of teeth on the disk and the product of the revolution.

When the torque acts on the torsional axis, the induced voltages U1 and U2 output by the two magneto-electric sensors have phase differences, which are proportional to the torsion Angle of the torsional axis. In this way, the torsion sensor can convert the torsion Angle caused by the torque into a phase difference electrical signal.

3. When measuring, it is not necessary to adjust the zero every time, and the positive and negative torque can be measured continuously;
