Introduction

Load cell transmitter is a transmitter that converts physical quantities into electrical signals and converts millivolt signal output sensors into standard DC signals through isolation and amplification. SMT process is usually adopted, which is designed and manufactured for resistance strain type signal sensors of industrial processes and is applicable to weighing sensors of different specifications.

Principle

The weighing transmitter can realize stable, reliable, and high-precision industrial weighing. It converts the weak signal (mV level) output by the weighing sensor into a readable weight signal through amplification, conversion, and other processing methods. The weighing result can be output through Ethernet, serial bus, Bluetooth, and other methods. It can also convert and output various specified industrial standard signals for other equipment to use according to requirements.

Purpose

The load cell transmitter is a high-performance weight transmitter with rail-mounted mode, which is used together with the strain sensor. The connected load cell signal can be converted into a stable signal for the PLC system or PC. The weighing transmitter is suitable for applications requiring local display or panel-based parameter setting.

The parameter setting and calibration of the instrument can be carried out on the panel by using keys, or by using the "deltaCOM" software based on the Windows environment. All the setting parameters can be stored in the computer. When replacing the transmitter, the parameters can be downloaded from the computer, which requires the use of the full version of deltaCOM software. The weighing transmitter provides two relay type output nodes with a response time of less than 20 milliseconds, which is particularly suitable for high-precision weight setpoint control applications.

The core of the weighing transmitter adopts the digital A/D converter designed by NOBEL Company, which provides stable, accurate, and fast signal conversion. It can communicate with PC/PLC system through standard RS-485 communication port and MODBUS RTU protocol. The field bus communication function can also be realized by using the module.
