Introduction

The shaft pin load cell is actually a hollow section circular shaft bearing the shear force. The double shear resistance strain gauge is pasted on the center of the groove in the central hole. There are two bridge measurement methods, namely, the double shear resistance strain gauges at the two grooves form a Wheatstone bridge together, or they form a Wheatstone bridge separately and then they are connected in parallel for measurement.

1. The elastic element is an integral hollow section circular shaft, which is compact in structure, simple in geometric shape, and easy to process with high dimension and form and position accuracy;
