Precautions
1. In order to prevent a large current from flowing through the Compression Tension Load Cell, a short circuit should be installed between the sensors to prevent accidental high current flow and burn them out. Even so, it is better to remove the pressure sensor when welding is required, and then install the load cell after a few works.
2. Moving parts such as balls should slide freely, and there should be no jamming, corrosion, etc.
3. The indenter should be made of 20mm thick chrome steel, the bottom surface of the indenter should be machined into an arc, its radius should be more than 3 times the radius of the sensor dome, and heat treatment should be performed to increase the hardness of the indenter. The fixing plate shall be made of 45# steel, its thickness shall not be less than 20mm, and the horizontality shall not exceed ±0.5° during installation.
