Working principle
When the wireless dynamometer is working, the controller provides the excitation current to the hysteresis dynamometer. When the internal coil of the hysteresis dynamometer is energized, magnetic lines of force are generated, and a closed magnetic field is formed through the stator tooth pole, air gap, and rotor hysteresis cup. Because the magnetic lines of force are densely distributed in the salient pole part of the teeth, and the distribution between the teeth is relatively thin, when the rotor rotates, the hysteresis cup induces a potential and generates an eddy current, and the eddy current interacts with the magnetic field to generate torque, which is the load. moment. The magnitude of this torque is only related to the magnitude of the current applied by the controller to the dynamometer coil, and has nothing to do with the speed at which the motor under test drives the dynamometer to rotate. The main difference between the dynamometers is also the principle, and the specific performance is also different.
