The spoke type load cell is also called button type load cell and cake type load cell. It is a madspoke-type type elastomer structure and shear-type stress principle. It has good natural linearity, strong anti eccentric load capacity, high accuracy, and stable and convenient installation.

Structure
The spoke weighing sensor is of constant magnetic flux type, and the constant magnetic flux magnetoelectric sensor is composed of a permanent magnet (magnetic steel), coil, spring, metal frame, shell, etc. The load cell system generates a constant DC magnetic field, and the working air gap in the magnetic circuit of the spoke load cell is fixed, so the magnetic flux in the air gap is also constant. The moving parts of the wheel and spoke type load cell can be coiled, and can be divided into two structural types: coil type or moving iron type. The magnet is fixed to the sensor housing, and the coil and metal framework of the spoke load cells (collectively called the coil assembly) are supported by soft springs.

Principle
The spoke load cell converts the measured (such as vibration, displacement, speed, etc.) into the sensor of induced electromotive force through the magnetoelectric interaction. According to the law of electromagnetic induction, the inductive electromotive force is in the N-turn coil of the Laumas load cell. The induced electromotive force of the spoke load cell is determined by the rate of change of the magnetic flux. The evolution of magnetic flux can be realized in many ways: for example, the relative motion between magnet and coil; Change of magnetoresistance in magnetic circuit; Change of coil area in the constant magnetic field, etc. Therefore, different types of magnetoelectric sensors can be manufactured.
