K Type M6 Screw Thermocouple

Introduction:

K Type M6 Screw Thermocouple is a kind of temperature sensor. K-type thermocouple is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. K-type thermocouples are usually composed of main components such as temperature sensing elements, installation fixtures and junction boxes. K Type M6 Screw Thermocouple can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid vapor and gaseous media and solids in the range from 0°C to 1300°C in various productions.

Type K thermocouple is currently the most widely used cheap metal thermocouple, and its consumption is the sum of other thermocouples. K-type thermocouple wire diameter is generally 1.2mm ~ 4.0mm.

Type K thermocouples cannot be used directly in sulfur, reducing or reducing, oxidizing alternating atmospheres and in vacuum at high temperatures, nor are they recommended for weakly oxidizing atmospheres.

1. High measurement accuracy. Because the thermocouple is in direct contact with the measured object, it is not affected by the intermediate medium.

2. Wide measurement range. Commonly used thermocouples can be continuously measured from -50 to +1600 °C, and some special thermocouples can be measured at a minimum of -269 °C (such as gold-iron-nickel-chromium) and a maximum of +2800 °C (such as tungsten-rhenium).

3. Simple structure and easy to use. Thermocouples are usually composed of two different metal wires, and are not limited by size and beginning, and have a protective sleeve outside, which is very convenient to use.

Thermocouple installation precautions:

(1) The thermocouple should be installed vertically on the horizontal or vertical pipeline as far as possible, and there should be a protective sleeve during installation to facilitate maintenance and replacement.

(2) The cold end of the thermocouple should be at the same ambient temperature, the compensation wire of the same type should be used, and the positive and negative should be connected.

(3) When measuring the temperature in the pipeline, the length of the element should be on the center line of the pipeline (that is, the insertion depth of the protection tube should be half of the diameter of the pipe).

(4) When installing the temperature moving coil meter, the opening size should be appropriate, and the installation should be beautiful.

(5) Use high temperature resistant cables or high temperature resistant compensation lines in high temperature areas.

(6) Different measuring elements should be selected according to different temperatures. Generally, when the measurement temperature is greater than 100 °C, a thermocouple should be selected, and a thermal resistance should be selected when it is less than 100 °C.

(7) The wiring should be reasonable and beautiful, and the pointer indication should be correct.
