Introduction:

1. SBWR Serial thermocouple temperature transmitter and SBWZ Temperature Transmitter is a spot mounted temperature transmission unit in DDZ-S serial instruments and meters.

2. It adopts the two-wire transmission method (the power input and the signal output are two communal conductors).

3. There is a linear 4~20m current signal between the output and the measured temperatures.

4. The SBWZ Temperature Transmitter may be installed inside the terminal box of the thermocouple and the thermal resistance to form an integral structure,and also independently mounted in the instrument panel as a change-over unit.

Application:

Pt100: -200 ~ 500 ° C;

Pt1000: -200~800 °C;

Cu50: -50 to 500 ° C;

Thermocouple:

K type: 300 ~ 1200 ° C;

E type: 200 ~ 800 ° C;

S type: 600 ~ 1600 ° C;

This module defaults to 4-20mA current output. If you need voltage output 0-10v, 0~5v needs to be customized.

Precautions:

The power supply of the temperature transmitter must not have spikes, otherwise the transmitter may be damaged The calibration of the transmitter should be performed afler 5 minutes of power up, and pay attention to the ambient temperature atthat time. When measuring high temperature (»> 100 "C), the fller material is isolated between the sensor cavity and the junction box to prevent the junction box from being overheated and the transmitter is burned out. In the case of severe interference, the sensor should be grounded to avoid interference. The power supply and signal output should be transmitted with 010 shielded cable. The crimping nut should be tightened to ensure air tightness. Only the RWB type temperature transmitter has a 0~10mA outpqt, which is a three-wire system, which is less than 5% of the range value, and is not linear cueto the tum-off characteristics of the triode. The temperature transmitter should be calibrated every 6 months. If the DWB cannot be linearly corrected due to circuit limitations, it is best to follo the instructions to select the range to ensure lineanty.
