High Precision Submersible Pressure Level Transmitter

Introduction

The High Precision Submersible Pressure Level Transmitter adopts imported anti-corrosion diaphragm elements, and the sensor chip is placed in a stainless steel (or polytetrafluoroethylene) shell.

The top steel cap is used to protect the transmitter so that the measured liquid can smoothly contact the diaphragm. The special exhaust pipe cable is used to make the diaphragm back pressure chamber communicate well with the atmosphere, and the measured liquid level is not affected by the change in external atmospheric pressure.

The High Precision Submersible Pressure Level Transmitter is made of an advanced isolation type diffused silicon sensor. It can accurately measure the height from the end of the water level gauge to the water surface when directly put into the container or water body, and output the water level value through a 4-20mA current or RS485 signal.

Design and function

The sensor of the transmitter adopts a piezoresistive semiconductor measuring bridge. A compensation network ensures that the output signal is not affected by the ambient temperature in a large range. Compensate the inner casing pressure with a hose fitting. This joint also supports the connecting cable.
