A Cap Type Slip Ring, as the name suggests, is a slip ring that looks like a hat. The cap slip ring is equipped with a flange, which is mainly installed with the customer's equipment through several fixing holes on the flange, so the cap slip ring is generally a structure in which the outer layer is fixed and the inner shaft rotates.

LPC series Cap Type Slip Ring is a standard frameless product, each rotating contact is made of pure gold material, reliable quality and long working life. The operating speed is up to 300RPM, and it can be mixed with different amperage and voltage to meet the needs of different application schemes flexibly.

1. The outer diameter of the LPC series Cap Type Slip Ring conductive ring is 22-35.5mm, and the number of channels is up to 125 channels.

2. The speed can be up to 2000RPM, some models support 10000RPM

Correct use and installation guidelines

1. This series of slip rings are designed to be flange-mounted on a sleeve-type bracket.

2. The rotor must be driven concentrically with a flexible connection (such as a rubber tube or a spiral tube, etc.). Rotor leads can be used for this drive at a certain speed.

3. Screws with washers are used to install the slip ring. These washers prevent the flange from being too tight.

4. The slip ring cannot be used to bear the weight of the equipment it is connected to. The rotating equipment should be locked and fixed to avoid adding weight to the slip ring rotor.

5. The slip ring should be protected from dust and moisture. if used outdoors. A protective cover should be installed.

6. Protect the surface of all wires from being damaged when the equipment is rotated. When arranging wires, it should be noted that all wire ends cannot bear weight.

7. Be careful not to damage the skin of the wire when removing the wire.
