Coaxial waveguide converter is an indispensable passive conversion device in various radar systems, precision guidance systems and test equipment. It has the characteristics of frequency bandwidth, low insertion loss, and small standing wave. The bandwidth of the coaxial line and the waveguide is relatively wide during transmission, and the bandwidth after the connection depends on the converter, that is, the matching of the characteristic impedance of the coaxial waveguide. In many microwave systems, such as antennas, transmitters, receivers and carrier terminal equipment, coaxial waveguide switching is also commonly used.


The coaxial waveguide converter is mainly composed of a first converter, a second converter and a flange, and the three elements are connected in sequence. Usually there are orthogonal 90° waveguide coaxial converters and terminated 180° waveguide coaxial converters. Currently, we can supply frequency bands from 320MHz to 112GHz.
