High Temperature Slip Ring

Introduction

1. heat resistant

As the name suggests, the outstanding feature of high temperature slip ring is its good performance in high temperature environment. A common practice is to coat metal surfaces with gold to enhance heat resistance, because gold has a melting point of 1064°C, making it an ideal surface protective film, as well as being a poor conductor of heat and corrosion-resistant.

2. compact

Unlike other slip rings or conductive rings, high temperature slip rings are typically small in design and operate with less noise and torque.

3. 360° unlimited rotation transmission

The purpose of designing slip rings is to transmit signals and currents in rotating structures, and high temperature slip rings must have this basic function.

4. Gold to Gold Process

There will be a gold coating on the surface of the brush or electric ring, which greatly eliminates the chance of brush corrosion and wear.

5. Relatively high cost performance

The high temperature resistant slip ring is expensive to manufacture, and the material used needs to be specially made, but it requires almost no maintenance, has a long life, and will not be damaged due to extremely high heat and corrosion. It is still the preferred type in high temperature environments.
