High Temperature Pressure Transmitter

Introduction

The high temperature pressure transmitter is assembled by a sputtering film pressure chip that can withstand high temperatures. The sensor can work stably in high-temperature conditions for a long time. The assembly of different lengths of the heat sink can further improve the temperature of the measured medium, reasonable and scientific configuration, and advanced circuit design and temperature compensation treatment, fully ensure that the transmitter can work in the maximum 150℃ environment for a long time.

Working principle

The high temperature pressure transmitter uses a pressure sensor with a stainless steel isolation diaphragm as a signal measuring element, which is automatically tested by a computer and compensated for the zero point and sensitivity temperature in a wide temperature range with a laser resistance regulating process. The amplifying circuit is located in the stainless steel housing to convert the sensor signal into a standard output signal. The whole product has passed the strict test and aging screening of components and semi-finished products, and its performance is stable and reliable.
