RF Shield Box

Introduction

The RF Shield Box is a shielding body of various shapes such as shells, plates, and sleeves made of conductive or magnetically conductive materials, which limits the electromagnetic capability within a certain space range, and is used to suppress radiation interference. Processed to implement a device that provides an interference-free test environment for the wireless communication device under test.

Type

According to different test requirements, it is divided into three types.

(1) Manual shielding box: easy to operate, test mobile phones, notebooks, PADs and other equipment have equipment of corresponding size. It is suitable for R&D, testing, certification and other institutions.

(2) There are many pneumatic shielding boxes: used in production testing, which improves testing efficiency and reduces operator fatigue. Test mobile phones, notebooks, PADs and other devices have corresponding size devices.

(3) Fully automatic shielding box: The entire testing process is completed by controlling the testing shielding box through the international standard RS-232 interface according to communication instructions. Generally, it is used for small RF modules and large-scale production lines to improve production efficiency.

According to the different shielding frequency of the product test, the RF Shield Box is divided into:

Ultra low frequency shielding box (0-300M), low frequency shielding box (300-800M), intermediate frequency shielding box (800-2.4G), high frequency shielding box (2.4G-5.8G).
