Output Submersible Ammonia Water Level Sensor

Introduction

The Output Submersible Ammonia Water Level Sensor is a pressure sensor for measuring the liquid level. The static pressure input level transmitter (level gauge) is based on the principle that the measured static pressure of the liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid. It uses the foreign advanced isolation type diffusion silicon sensing element or ceramic capacitance pressure sensing sensor to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a standard electrical signal (generally 4~20mA/l~5 VDC) after temperature compensation and linear correction.

Principle

The Output Submersible Ammonia Water Level Sensor refers to an instrument that can convert the water level parameter of the measured point into a corresponding power signal in real time.

Its working principle is: the water level sensor in the container transmits the sensed water level signal to the controller, and the computer in the controller compares the measured water level signal with the set signal to obtain the deviation, and then according to the nature of the deviation, to the controller. The water supply electric valve issues "open" and "close" commands to ensure that the container reaches the set water level.

After the water inlet program is completed, the computer in the temperature control part sends an "open" command to the electric valve supplying the heat medium, and the system starts to heat the water in the container. When the set temperature is reached, the controller issues a command to close the valve, cut off the heat source, and the system enters the heat preservation state.

In the process of programming, it is ensured that the electric regulating valve that controls the heat source does not open when the system does not reach the safe water level, thereby avoiding heat loss and accidents.
